At PHASA we manufacture a range of machines and bespoke tooling for the joining together of parts of which at least one is a made from a thermoplastic. The standard Phasa machines utilise the Hot Air Cold Forming technique and provide solutions for varied and complex projects for a wide range of industrial sectors. This includes all the major vehicle manufacturers, medical and scientific companies, industrial and many other applications. Plastic assembly applications include interior, exterior and electronic parts for the automotive industry, plastic assembly of intricate medical and scientific devices as well as many other bespoke solutions.
Phasa 10/30
The smallest machine in the range, the 10/30 is designed to be bench mounted. The 10/30 is used to assemble parts with a maximum size of 100 x 150 mm.
Phasa 20/40
Providing a processing area of 200 x 400 mm, the 20/40 machine has capacity for larger part assemblies or multiple impressions of higher volumes. Light guard protection, mobile stand and interchangeable tooling are all standard features on the 20/40 for ease of operation, production mobility and flexibility.
Phasa 20/80
Touch screen, Lightguard protection, mobile stand and interchangeable tooling are all standard features on the 20/80 with ease of operation, and mobility.
Standard options available include: Split platens (twin process area), process data capture system, remote service with Ethernet connection. This machine will process all common thermoplastics – with or without filling materials
40/40
Touch screen, Light guard protection, mobile stand and interchangeable tooling are all standard features on the 40/40 with ease of operation, and mobility.
Standard options available include: single or twin heaters, process data capture system, remote service with Ethernet connection.
